Accommodation provided for the 30th World Congress of the IALP is ONLY officially operated by KEYNOTEPCO.
No other agency is represented or authorised to contact you in relation to accommodation.
During the congress and as part of the registration process, there are a number of hotel properties for delegates to choose from. You book your congress hotel as part of the congress registration process.
All official congress hotels listed below, will include a morning and evening transfer to the congress venue for sessions. Reservations only made with the congress office will be included in the transfers. Reservations booked direct with a hotel property will NOT be included in the congress transfer.

Note that all rates are inclusive of a fully cooked breakfast. Guests should note to ensure you provide any dietary requirements when registering, as these will be also indicated to your selected/booked hotel.

- Single Room = One bed for one adult
- Double Room = One bed for two adults sharing same room
- Twin Room = Two beds, one bed per adult sharing the same room.
A supplement may apply for children. Please advise of your request indicating ages and numbers of children.

CITYWEST HOTEL 4* – Congress Venue
Our congress venue for IALP Dublin 2016, this hotel offers you a location to attend your sessions but relax when at the event. Hotel guests can avail of the full leisure centre including a 20m heated pool, with Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. RED COW MORAN HOTEL – 4*
This four star property is located 8 km from the Congress venue. This complex boasts many different options to relax. Renowned for its variety and quality of dining options, The Winter Garden Restaurant menu offers modern Irish cuisine with fine dining elements. The Cocktail Lounge is a less formal option with light bites, snacks and informal dining. The Red Cow Inn (part of the hotel complex) has been on the same site since 1690 – it is one of Dublin’s, and indeed Ireland’s most famous pubs. It is very well-known for the variety and quality of food served throughout the day.
